Scheduled Meetings

The Banks County Board of Commissioners (BOC) holds regular meetings on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month at 6:30 PM in the Board Room of the Banks County Courthouse Annex. The official agenda for each meeting is posted at the Annex main entrance. Time and/or location changes will also be posted at the Annex main entrance, and will be provided to the Banks County News. If you have any questions regarding these meetings, please contact the Banks County Commissioners Office at 706-677-6800. If you wish to speak on an issue at a Board of Commissioners meeting, please review and complete an Agenda Request form.

The Banks County Board of Assessors holds regular meetings on the second Wednesday of each month at 9:00 AM in the Wilson Shoals Training Room of the Banks County Courthouse Annex.  If you have any questions regarding these meetings, please contact the Banks County Tax Assessor's Office at 706-677-6223.

The Banks County Planning Commission holds regular meetings on the first Tuesday of the month at 7:00 PM in the Board Room of the Banks County Courthouse Annex. If you have any questions regarding these meetings, please contact the Banks County Planning Office at 706-677-4272.

The Banks County Development Authority holds regular meetings on the third Tuesday of the month at 4:00 PM in the Wilson Shoals Training Room of the Banks County Courthouse Annex.  If you have any questions regarding these meetings, please contact the Banks County Board of Commissioners at 706-677-6800.
